Fibromyalgia – Links, Sites and Organizations

Keep in mind if you have a chronic illness, a lot of sites and people will try to sell you books and supplements. Some will be useful and of course many will not. I take a lot of supplements that do help me, but, I have also spent a lot of money on ones that didn’t work for me. Be aware that there are a lot of things that just don’t work.

We want so desperately to get better that we often will try anything. A good rheumatologist who knows this disease is vital to your health and well-being. (They are hard to find). Hey, I didn’t believe there was such a thing until it found me — or I got it. Whichever. (Amy O., RN)

The best CoQ-10 I have found from about 8 years of use is made by TwinLabs. Yes, it costs more, but it works better. It is light sensitive, if you buy CoQ-10 in a bottle that isn’t brown, don’t buy it.

If you have a personal website about FMS and you’d like it added, let me know. I’ll try to get back to you, or add your site in.
