ash page

Hi, my name is Ashley and I am 13. I live in Nazareth, Pennsylvania and I will be in the 7th grade at Nazareth Area Middle School in the Fall. I love going to the movies, hanging out with friends, swimming, and going on the Internet. I dislike having nothing to do. I love the challenge of writing and the challenge of life. I can’t wait until I go to college and get a job and start a family. I also love getting involved in my community.

This page will feature some of my poetry and some of the other things that I like to write about. You can reach me in care of Teen Health Secrets, please put “To Ash” on the email. Thanks.

Friendship — by Ashley S.

friendsEveryone has friends, even if they don’t know it. Friends are people that help you with your homework, listen to all of your little and big problems, and care about you. One day this new girl moved from Allentown to Nazareth. She started school being really scared, but then when she started talking to this girl named Andrea, they became really good friends. The two girls went over to each other houses and did everything together. Doing everything together might have been the problem, because toward the end of the school year they began fighting over everything. And the girl who moved there only had Andrea as a friend. So she was very sad when they fought and didn’t talk to each other. At this moment they are still fighting and they both hope it stops.

this deep dark depression.

Boy Who?

there is this boy who…
who i thought liked me
there is this boy who
i thought was sweet & kind
but this boy who i thought was everything
is nothing to some but
he is the world to me.

Special Someone

One day i met
this special someone
I knew that right
when i saw him
he was the special someone
for me.
I laughed, cried and got
mad for this one true of of mine.
Special someone

Good Years or Bad?

Many people say that these are the best
years of our life,
but a few disagree
middle school sometimes is good, you get good grades,
you made student council, and you got a wonderful loving
boyfriend. But then a girl next to you she is totally the opposite.
She gets really bad grades, she only made the principals detention list, and she never had a real
boyfriend. So now what do you think?
Are these the good years or the bad years?
